Tracing Service

Datatrace UK provides three levels of Trace service, tailored to suit all budgets and requirements.

Level 1: Prime: Consists of credit bureau sourced Forwarding Address information provided via an automated data process. Returned information also contains telephone number and ex-directory markers where applicable.

Level 2: Plus: Validated credit bureau sourced information. At this level all returned information is confirmed with a second source type, typically by contacting the trace target in person or by speaking to neighbours and other third parties. A full trace report is provided for each successful case detailing full source and confirmation type.

Level 3: Premium: Full desk top tracing service which, in addition to credit bureau information, includes search enquiries conducted via Voters Roll, Births Deaths and Marriages register, Companies House, and other information sources. These searches are supported by full enquiries via telephone and correspondence to the trace targets themselves, neighbours, relatives, and other third parties as appropriate. All enquiry methods are utilised at this trace level to ensure the highest rate of success. Again a full report is provided for successful cases detailing full source and confirmation, and any other information that may be of use.

All enquiries are carried out by trained, experienced Trace operators and fully comply with Office of Fair Trading, Information Commissioner and Credit Services Association guidelines.
